Founded by Wellington Souza in August 2016, All Siding Plus was born from his years
of experience working as a subcontractor for large companies in the industry. While Wellington gained valuable skills and insights during this time, he also witnessed the drawbacks of subcontracting firsthand.
As a subcontractor, Wellington often found himself at the mercy of big firms that controlled project availability and pricing. Each season brought uncertainty, as projects would rise and fall without notice, leaving Wellington and his team without consistent work. More than that, he saw homeowners being charged exorbitant prices for projects
where he and his crew did all the hands-on work. Despite their hard work, they received
only a fraction of what clients paid, barely covering their own expenses.
Driven by a desire for change, Wellington realized he could make a real difference for
both his team and his clients by establishing a company that worked directly with
homeowners. By cutting out the middleman, he knew he could offer high-quality
services at prices that were fair and accessible. This direct approach meant he could
not only provide value to his clients but also ensure that his team was fairly compensated for their expertise and hard work.
With a commitment to excellence and a deep respect for his clients, Wellington founded
